Instructions:

Each player starts his game with the dice, then he must select a die with a value. Now, each player has the option to either continue to dice and make more points, or to keep the already diced points.

To enter the game, each player must reach at least 1,000 points. If he has more than 1,000 points, he can finish the turn at any time, even with a few points, to secure the points of the turn. If a player has marked all six dice he gets six new dice on the next roll to collect additional points.

After each throw, at least one die must be selected to continue. If a player does not have a dice with a value at a throw, the throw is considered to be unsuccessful. The points of this move are lost and he gets a star. If a player has three stars, he loses all points collected up to that point.

The game ends when a player has collected 10,000 points. When this happens, the other players have a turn in which they roll until they have either more points or the throw fails.

Points:

Instructions:

Each player starts with three dice until he has a 6. But also during the game, it happens again and again that a player has been thrown out all the game figures, so he can roll again three times.

To get a game figure from the start to the field, a player must roll a 6 with a dice roll.

If a player has a game figure on the field, he should roll as many numbers as possible to round the field as quickly as possible. A player can not place two game figures on the same field.

If a player comes to a field on which the other player's game character is placed, the player is thrown and returned to the start. If a player throws another player from the field, he may roll a dice again.

If a player dice a dice, he may roll one more dice.

The player who manages to bring all four game figures to the top is the winner and ends the game.

The points are the number of squares you have played with all four game figures.

Skibbo Game

The table:

Build piles:
In the centre of the table there are four communal "build piles". At the start of the game these are empty and are built up starting with a 1, then 2, 3, ...11, 12 sequentially. When 12 is reached, the pile will disappear and must be started off with a 1 again. You can play any of your cards on to any of the four build piles, provided you have the next highest number.

Stock Piles:
In front of each player is a single "stock pile". At the start of the game, this will contain 20 cards with the top card face up. The aim of the game is to get rid of all these 20 cards by playing them onto any of the four build piles. The first to play all 20 cards wins. The score you will see is the number of cards remaining.

Discard Piles:
Also in front of each player are four "discard piles". At the start of the game these are empty and when you are unable to play a card onto one of the build piles you discard one from your hand onto any of your four piles

Your Hand (HUD):
You should also have accepted the HUD which will show you 5 cards, this is your hand. Any cards you play from here will be replaced at the beginning of your next turn. If you manage to play all 5 cards during your turn, it will be automatically refreshed, allowing you to continue your turn.

Cards:
The colour isn't important. Blue: 1-4, Green: 5-8, Red: 9-12, Yellow: Joker. Jokers are wildcards and can be played onto the build piles at any time during your turn, once played they will show the number of the card they are substituted for.

Help:

Instructions:

Each player gets 15 cards, during your turn, the aim is to play cards onto the central build piles, placing a 1 on a blank pile, or the next highest number :

eg. if the four build piles in the centre of the table are as follows:
blank, 4, 2, 9

you may play a 1, 5, 3, or 10.

You want to be able to play the top card from your stock pile. if it is a 1, 5, 3, 10 play it! If not try to play the cards in your hand to put you in a position where you can play it. You can use the cards in your hand or discard piles, to help you to do this. Ideally play from your hand, as these will be replaced at the start of your next turn.

You may play as many cards onto the build piles as you can. When you are no longer able to play a card, you must discard a card from your hand onto any one of your discard piles, at which point the turn moves on to the next player. At the start of your turn, you effectively have 10 cards to chose from (1x stockpile, 4x discard pile, 5x hand).

The rest (including tactics) you can pick up during your first few games.

One tip is to save cards onto your discard pile in descending sequence (8, 7, 6, 5 etc.), as this, will allow you to play them onto the build piles in sequence.

The points are the number of cards you have on your pile.

If a player rolls 5 of a kind, he may place it where he wants also on the opponent side of the board.

If a player has 5 fields horizontally, vertically or diagonally it counts as a run. A run is marked with crowns and can not be removed anymore. If a player has 3 runs he has won.
